Laurent Czyrko

Laurent joined ROCE Capital in 2026 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He previously worked as a legal counsel and then as a senior legal counsel at a law firm, where he advised asset management firms and other financial institutions on matters of corporate law, governance, and financial regulation. Laurent holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London, as well as a Master 2 in Business Law, with a specialization in French law and common law, from the University of Paris Nanterre. He is also an independent director of regulated companies.
